Add a privacy statement to the opt-in form

Why does this work? Because at it’s core, list building is about trust. No trust, no signups.

Adding a link to your site’s privacy policy can make a significant difference to your opt-in rates. Adding a statement about how you don’t spam is just as effective.

Consider this test from WhichTestWon.com:

The only difference between the two forms is the privacy policy link below the button. The version with the privacy link got 19.1% more signups.
